Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton outlined her "College Compact" today in Exeter, New Hampshire. After the town hall meeting, she spoke to the press. When asked about remarks Sen. Marco Rubio made on abortion rights during Thursday's GOP debate, she said that was "as offensive and as troubling a comment as you can hear from a major candidate running for the presidency."
