State Dept Finds Reines E-Mails It Claimed Didn't Exist: Gawker

According to Gawker Media, the State Dept last week told the news website it had located ~17k e-mails "responsive to Gawker's request" though the Freedom of Information Act. Gawker has been seeking sought e-mails exchanged between reporters at 33 news outlets and Philippe Reines, former deputy asst secretary of state Over 2 yrs ago, State Dept claimed "no records responsive to your request were located;" Gawker sued in response
