Lessig Says He Will 'Drop That Promise' To Resign

Lawrence Lessig, waging an unconventional run for the 2016 Democratic presidential nomination, has said until now he would resign the presidency if he were able to pass reforms aimed at fixing "corruption." He reversed course on Saturday, writing in The Atlantic that he "will remain as president to make sure the reforms stick."
