BRANDON, Miss. (AP) - Terry Mayor Roderick Nicholson has resigned after pleading guilty to five counts of embezzlement.
The attorney general's office says in a news release that Nicholson entered the plea Monday before Rankin County Circuit Judge William E. Chapman III.
