HILLSBORO, Ohio (AP) - A judge says a civil complaint alleging misconduct by a southwestern Ohio mayor who's also a veteran standup comedian may be moot.
The complaint against Mayor Drew Hastings alleges misconduct involving a letter submitted to get a $500 refund of a vacant building fee.
