Titled "Leading From Behind," it contrasts the current leadership in Washington (Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton) with such past presidents as Franklin Roosevelt, John Kennedy, George W. Bush and Ronald Reagan. The ad is being targeted, among others, to liberal-leaning Minnesota students:
