At a campaign event in Marshalltown, Iowa, 2016 Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump said he won't take the stage at Fox's GOP debate on Thursday. He accused the network of "playing games" and referred to host Megyn Kelly as a "third-rate reporter." Trump campaign manager Corey Lewandowski later confirmed that the billionaire candidate will not participate.
