Former President George W. Bush joined his brother Jeb on the campaign trail in South Carolina on Monday. Speaking at a rally, he took a subtle shot at Donald Trump, saying, "Americans are angry and frustrated, but we don't need someone in the Oval Office who mirrors and inflames our frustration."
