The Immigration and Customs Enforcement bureau has been receiving more taxpayer funds even as it expels a few number of illegal immigrants overall, according to statistics published by the Department of Homeland Security showing that 43 percent fewer aliens have been removed from the U.S. from 2012 to 2015.
