Override vote set on Christie's veto of health records bill

TRENTON, N.J. (AP) - Law enforcement agencies would have to be notified when a prospective gun-buyer applies to expunge mental health records under legislation expected to see a vote in the New Jersey Senate.

The vote to override Gov. Chris Christie's veto of the measure is scheduled for Thursday.
