Late Monday, word came from the Obama administration that premiums under the Affordable Care Act will go up next year by an average of 25 percent, and the revelation has put a great Republican pet peeve back on the campaign table. Donald Trump wasted little time in pouncing on the news. At a news conference in Florida on Tuesday morning, Trump told reporters that "Obamacare is just blowing up"
